National Health Security Preparedness Index
October 21, 2016
This 57-minute webinar examines how preparedness officials and others can use the National Health Security Preparedness Index (NHSPI) to improve the ability to prepare for, respond to, and recover from emergencies that pose threats to population health, such as hurricanes, floods, earthquakes, and infectious diseases. The Index is an annual assessment of health security and preparedness that measures how well the nation and individual states are prepared for minimizing the population health consequences arising from large-scale emergencies.
